Holistic Orthopedic Occupational Therapy
Where mind, body, and daily life meet.
Your mind and body aren't separate, and neither is your care. I look at how you feel, how you move, and how that shows up in daily life.
Strata Integrative brings together hands-on treatment, movement retraining, and practical education. I look at how your body works as a whole and how your symptoms affect everyday life, then build care around your goals.
Whether you are returning to activity after an injury, navigating persistent pain, or looking for a more individualized approach, your care starts with a conversation.
Who I work with
Care shaped around you.
I work with people of all ages and activity levels navigating orthopedic and neurological conditions, persistent or complex pain, joint hypermobility, recovery after injury or surgery, and changes in movement or function. I also work with athletes and active individuals looking to move and perform with greater ease.
Care is especially mindful of those who may have had difficult healthcare experiences, medical trauma, or increased sensitivity to touch, movement, or their environment. A trauma-informed approach emphasizes communication, consent, choice, comfort, and appropriate pacing throughout treatment.
Whether you’re managing a complex condition, returning to something you love, or trying to better understand what your body needs, care is shaped around where you are and what matters to you.
How care comes together
Hands-on care. Meaningful movement.
Holistic Orthopedic Occupational Therapy
Connect how the body moves and feels with what the person needs and wants to do.
Integrative Bodywork
Hands-on treatment informed by structure, movement, fascia, joints, the nervous system, breath, and the individual’s response.
Movement & Carryover
Movement retraining, neuromuscular re-education, education, and practical strategies that help changes carry into everyday life.
The whole person matters
Your body.
Your experience.
Your goals.
I consider the nervous system
Pain and movement are influenced by more than mechanics. Your comfort, stress, sleep, breath, and sense of safety can all be relevant. Care may incorporate paced movement, breathwork, and somatic strategies alongside hands-on treatment.
I connect the pieces
Structure, movement, daily demands, lifestyle, and environment help shape the bigger picture. I explore the contributors that are relevant to you.
Your care is collaborative
You are an active part of the process. Your input and experiences guide decisions. Even with the same diagnosis, no two people need exactly the same session.
My clinical foundation

Before you begin
Questions about care.
What does holistic orthopedic occupational therapy mean?
Your body, mind, and daily life are deeply connected. Tension in your tissues changes how your joints move. The way you move shapes how you breathe and hold yourself. Your nervous system is always reading all of it, along with stress and past experiences, to decide how safe you are and how much pain to signal. When one part is out of balance, the others adapt around it. Holistic orthopedic occupational therapy works with the whole system at once, weaving together hands-on care, movement, breathwork, and somatic approaches so each change supports the next. As an occupational therapist, I carry that integration into your life, into the work, family, training, and activities that make you feel like yourself.
Why Strata Integrative?
Strata Integrative offers individualized, whole-person care that brings together hands-on treatment, movement retraining, and practical strategies for everyday function. Care is shaped by your body, your experiences, and your goals, with an emphasis on understanding how different systems and patterns work together to support meaningful, lasting change.
What kinds of concerns do you work with?
Care may support people navigating orthopedic and neurological conditions, persistent or complex pain, joint hypermobility, post-surgical recovery, and changes in movement or function. Treatment is also mindful of the broader healthcare experience, including medical trauma, previous injuries or procedures, and experiences that may affect comfort, trust, or participation in care. A trauma-informed approach emphasizes communication, consent, choice, and working at a pace that feels appropriate for you.
What happens during a first visit?
Your first visit begins with a conversation about what you’re experiencing and what matters most to you. Assessment and treatment often happen together as I explore movement, hands-on techniques, and your response to begin shaping care around your needs and goals.
Do all sessions use the same techniques?
No. Each session is shaped by your needs, comfort, movement, and response. Treatment evolves as I learn more about your body and what helps you function at your best.
Is hands-on treatment always part of a session?
Not necessarily. Hands-on treatment may be part of your care when appropriate, but it is never assumed. Treatment is guided by your needs, goals, comfort, and consent, and may also include movement, education, and strategies to support function outside of the clinic.
How do I know if Strata Integrative is a good fit?
Start with a free consultation. I can talk with you about what you’re experiencing, what you’re looking for from care, and whether Strata Integrative may be a good fit. Consultations do not include hands-on treatment.
Do I need a referral?
A referral is generally not required to begin occupational therapy in Washington. Other requirements may apply if you plan to seek reimbursement through your insurance plan.
Do you accept insurance?
Strata Integrative is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. A superbill can be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Do you offer training for practitioners and students?
Yes. Mentoring, shadowing, and hands-on learning opportunities are available for healthcare professionals, students, and bodywork practitioners interested in developing a thoughtful, whole-body approach to care.

Pain rarely exists in isolation. I look at how your body moves as a whole, then combine hands-on treatment with movement retraining that supports what matters in daily life.
Each session is one-on-one and shaped by your goals, your response, and what we learn together.
